Search "porn comics" and nearly every result is a free aggregator that reposts pages from other people's catalogs. Those sites pay no one, so we skip them and point at the places where the artist or studio is paid. The term itself is loose, and which legal site fits depends on which of four things you mean.

Studio archives you subscribe to
Slipshine is the oldest of them: a members-only erotic webcomics publisher running since 2001. It says its archive holds more than 23,512 pages across over 100 series, with new pages every day. Joining costs $29.00 for the first 30 days, then $11.57 every 30 days, so a first year of renewals comes to roughly $156 and later years to about $139. Charges appear as "CCBill.com *Slipshine Studio". The members site asks for a credit card as its age check, and cancelling goes through CCBill support or an email to Slipshine.
Filthy Figments has published original erotic comics since 2010, with a lean toward queer and women's perspectives. It claims 200+ titles from 50+ creators and 50+ new pages a month (the site's own figures). A month is $12.99 and a year is $99.95; twelve single months would cost $155.88, so the annual plan saves about $56. The billing line reads "CCBILL*StrawberryC", and you cancel under My Account, then Subscriptions.
Kirtu is the studio behind Savita Bhabhi, India's best-known adult comic character. The yearly plan is $99.95 (the site shows a struck-through list price of $199.95) and the monthly-credits plan is $19.95. Comics and animated episodes both live there, in English or Hindi, with a new episode about every other Friday. Cancellation runs through the payment processor, Epoch or CCBill, or the contact form.
Two archives at $99.95 a year works out to about $8.33 a month each, so the choice is the catalog, not the price. Slipshine is a wide pool of many artists. Filthy Figments is more curated, and Kirtu is one character's universe.
Stores where you buy a title and keep it
Affect3D is the 3D store, covered on its own page at 3D porn comics. There is no subscription: comics sell one by one, and the home page shows Secret Agent: Thea II by Rev3D at $12.50. Files download as zips and stay yours, though the store gives no refunds on downloads outside special circumstances.
itch.io works the same way for independent artists. Its NSFW comics page lists 1,630 results, and on-sale paid comics run from $1 to $8.99. Many creators use pay-what-you-want pricing, and the files are DRM-free. A date-of-birth gate sits in front of the NSFW pages.
FAKKU sells translated hentai books to download and also runs a subscription called Unlimited. A 30-day card is $14.95, a 90-day card $44.85 and a 365-day card $179.00, which makes the longest card about $14.92 a month. The site claims over 10,000 chapters. It has no app in the US App Store, so reading happens in a browser.
Artists you can read directly
Many porn webcomics are free on the artist's own site and sell extras on the side. Oglaf, a weekly fantasy sex comedy, keeps its full archive free behind an 18+ click-through and sells books and PDFs through TopatoCo. The Rock Cocks runs free on a Slipshine subdomain, and supporters on Patreon or SubscribeStar get pin-ups, early pages and bonus comics. When you want to pay an artist monthly, Patreon and SubscribeStar are where most of them sit. Patreon allows explicit drawn work on paywalled Adult/18+ pages, behind ID verification for the creator, and its fee for new pages is 10%. See the creator pages for how the money splits.
What is free
Slipshine has sampler pages and a few free webcomics on its subdomains. Filthy Figments has a free sampler and the archive needs a membership. Iron Circus gives away Iris and Angel: One as a $0.00 DRM-free PDF. Kirtu unlocks one free episode with a free account. Affect3D has a Free 3D Products category plus trailers, and FAKKU puts up a weekly free title. On itch.io, 218 NSFW comics are free.
Free here means a taste or a creator's own choice, not a full archive. The one place the whole run of a comic is free is the artist's site, as with Oglaf, and the broader list sits in free porn comics sites.
Picking one
A large pool of western erotic comics under one login points to Slipshine, and stories with a queer or women-led angle to Filthy Figments. Indian characters are Kirtu's territory. Finished 3D books come from Affect3D, and a single artist's work from itch.io or the artist's own page. Are porn comics free?
Some are. Samplers, single free episodes and artists' own sites cost nothing, while full archives cost money: $99.95 a year at Filthy Figments or Kirtu, and $11.57 every 30 days at Slipshine after a $29.00 first month.
What is the difference between porn comics and hentai?
Hentai is the Japanese manga and anime tradition, usually translated and read right to left. The English term "porn comics" is wider and mostly means western, Indian, 3D and webcomic work. The comparison page goes through it.
Do I need an account to read?
Mostly yes for anything paid. Free pages usually need only an age confirmation: Slipshine's free site uses a self-declaration, and itch.io asks for a date of birth.
Will it show on my card statement as an adult site?
The descriptors listed in the files avoid the word "porn": CCBill.com *Slipshine Studio, CCBILL*StrawberryC, and Netdiffusion Limited for Affect3D. Kirtu's own pages disagree with each other about what appears, so check before paying.
